Which currency can I buy in?

All purchases on www.ferrettiluxury.com are processed in Euro (€), but you can view pricing in €, $ or £ based on your country.

Which payment methods does www.ferrettiluxury.com accept?

You can choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express…). Some cards may require an authorization from the issuing bank, by Paypal method and on a bank transfer.

Are all the products on sale legitimate and genuine?

Absolutely. All our items are genuine and they come with their own tag and box. They are shipped directly from Ferretti Riccione or Guidi Cult

Orders & Shipping

How will I know my order has been received?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted by us. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.

www.ferrettiluxury.com  accepts cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service using contact page.

Will there be additional duties or taxes to be paid when I receive my order?

If you are purchasing from a country in the UE, there are no additional taxes/duties. If your are purchasing from outside the UE, you may have to pay import duties and taxes when you receive your items.

How do I check the status of my order?

Why don’t you have the item I ordered?

We keep our web site stock synchronized with our stock, therefore if the item is shown on the web site it is because this item is available and in stock. However, if the goods are sold in the store simultaneously to (or within minutes of) a web purchase it may happen that the stock information is inaccurate.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship in many countries using Ups or other courier if you want. Check the list of country in the checkout page to found your country.

My order was cancelled, when will I get a refund?

If a cancellation is made prior to order processing, and we have confirmed your order has been cancelled by email, then we will fully refund you through your original payment method.

We usually take immediate payment from your account if you paid by debit card, in this case if we have confirmed a cancellation of order, we will process a refund swiftly.

If we have not taken payment from your account yet (usually when you pay by credit card), but the payment is only reserved by your bank or card issuer, then we will simply cancel the transaction, and your bank or card issuer will make the money available for you to spend again.

Will custom duties, sales tax or VAT be refunded on a return?

Customers in Italy will be refunded the cost of your order including sales tax. We will also refund shipping if you return all items to one of our partners.

Customers in the EU and Rest of the World will be refunded the cost of your order including any VAT or sales tax that was applicable at the time of your purchase but excluding the original shipping cost and any import duties incurred to receive your order. You may be able to recover import duties for returned items by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
